1. Craftsmanship & Handcrafted Nuances

Many of our South Indian temple haarams, kemp earrings, and artisan pieces are individually hand-set by master craftsmen. Minor natural variations in stone hues, texture, and pearl symmetry are hallmarks of authentic artisanal work and celebrate unique individuality rather than defects.

2. Pricing, Invoicing & Availability

All prices listed on the boutique are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, rare pieces may sell out concurrently during festival or wedding seasons. If a piece becomes unavailable post-inquiry, our team will present comparable alternatives or full refunds immediately.

3. WhatsApp Order Confirmations

Orders placed via WhatsApp are considered binding once the customer confirms delivery details and receives an official order reference along with payment receipt or COD confirmation from our verified business line (+91 83300 31717).

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All photography, brand logos, product descriptions, video assets, and design trademarks appearing on this boutique are the exclusive intellectual property of ORNEXA Collections. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial misuse is strictly prohibited under Indian copyright law.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of purchases or service interactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
