- To dispatch your jewellery orders with verified logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC).
- To share live video quality inspections and airway bills (AWB) directly on WhatsApp.
- To answer styling questions and offer warranty/repair support.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers.
3. WhatsApp Communication & Security
Inquiries and orders initiated through WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption. Only authorized ORNEXA support team members have access to your order communications.
